Sound familiar?

The trucks are rolling. The appeal is due. The footage is on a phone in the field.

Relief and response teams move fast, in places a film crew cannot easily reach and where the people on camera need protecting. By the time anyone thinks about the story, the giving window has closed.

×

Emergencies don't wait

The appeal window opens the day disaster hits. Footage has to be ready in days, not months.

×

Safety before the shot

Faces that can't be shown, places that can't be named, consent in the right language.

×

No crew gets there in time

Flying a team in means visas, security briefings and a week you do not have.

“You guys had a ready videographer within the country, which is super rare, I feel like, and especially in time of conflict.”

In their words

Relief and response teams, in their own words.

Baitulmaal needed content creators on the ground in the countries where it works. Search for Common Ground needed footage from places its own team could not always reach. All Hands and Hearts needed a hurricane recovery told through its volunteers. Here is what they told us.

Baitulmaal: a drought response in northern Kenya

In February 2026 a vetted Kenyan videographer filmed Baitulmaal's Kenya drought response: emergency water trucking to villages in the arid north, a cataract eye camp in Wajir and food package distribution, with drone over the distribution sites. Across our work together we have delivered 200+ videos for Baitulmaal.

Questions

Questions relief and response teams ask us

Tap a question. Each answer comes with a 20-second video.

Is the free session really free?+

Yes. The Zoom session and the three videos our editors cut from it cost nothing. No contract, no card, and you keep every file with no obligation to buy anything afterwards. Book your free session and see your story on screen.

Book my free session →
What happens on the free session?+

You pick one person close to your work, and our producer interviews them live over Zoom for forty-five minutes while we record. Our editors then turn that conversation into three finished, captioned videos for your website, your social channels and your next appeal. All you have to do is show up, so book your free session.

Book my free session →
Do you fly a crew in, or hire locally?+

Usually not. We hire vetted local crews from our network of more than 20,000 creators in over 130 countries, and our producer directs them live on the day. Your story is filmed by people who know the language and the place, and your free session is where we plan it.

Book my free session →
Can you film in conflict zones or places under travel advisories?+

Yes, because we don't send a crew in: a vetted local crew that already lives and works there films under your organization's security guidance. Your security team always has the final word, and if the risk to anyone is too high, we say so. Plan it with us on your free session.

Book my free session →
How do you protect the people on camera?+

Every shoot is planned around consent and dignity. People sign releases in their own language, we never show minors' names or identifying details, and anyone sharing something sensitive reviews it before it goes live. Your safeguarding policy always overrides ours, starting with your free session.

Book my free session →
Can you make versions in other languages?+

Yes. Interviews run in whatever language the speaker is most comfortable in, and every video ships with subtitles plus any second language you need, from Spanish and French to Swahili, Arabic and Haitian Creole. Tell us your audiences on your free session and we'll plan every version.

Book my free session →
How fast can we get the videos?+

Your three free videos land in your inbox within two weeks of your session, with a simple review link if you want a change. For bigger shoots, we plan backwards from your gala, board meeting or appeal date. Tell us the date on your free session.

Book my free session →
Who owns the videos?+

You do. Your organization owns the finished videos and all of the raw footage, including everything we record on your free session. Use them on any channel, in any report, for as long as you like.

Book my free session →
What does it cost after the free session?+

Whatever comes next is scoped to exactly what you need, from a single film to a steady stream of videos for every program, and you get the price in writing before any work starts. No surprise change orders and no pressure. Your free session shows you what that scope should be.
